We recently travelled to Thailand and all was arranged through David. Poor David had to amend the trip to suit us about 4-5 times, but in the end, we had the most amazing time with no hassle and David took into consideration every single requirement.

Emma arranged a fantastic family holiday to Thailand. We needed to keep our four children aged 10-18 happy and occupied and it was pretty much perfect. Highlights were the animal sanctuary at Hua Hin, the overnight train, kayaking in the Khao Sok national park and relaxing on the beach in Koh Samui. We also had a brilliant guide take us around in Bangkok. Hotels were very decent and it made our lives very easy being met at the various points of the trip, so we could enjoy it too. Thank you for all the help along the way and prompt response to our questions. I wish we could go again!

It was no hassle at all from our perspective to re-arrange this as Rickshaw dealt with it all. It was wonderful to always have the same contact too. Miles was awesome.
When the trip finally happened (to Sumatra), all of the arrangements were spot on. The transfers were perfect, the tours amazing and the accommodation great.
Locally there were some issues with services not yet being opened after the pandemic but the local team kept in touch via WhatsApp to resolve these.
We are ready to book our next adventure and Rickshaw is where we will be asking to to organise!
Miles helped us organise a 16 day trip to Borneo which we made at the end of May/beginning of June 2022. The trip was amazing and we had some truly magical wildlife experiences. The trip went really smoothly and all the guides were both freindly and professional, their spotting skills were awesome. We also stayed in great accomodation. We will definitely return to Rickshaw for future travel.
This was our second holiday booked through Rickshaw travel and again this one was amazing. The hotels were excellent , the excursions great and the transfers and flights went like clockwork.
In the planning stage Ross was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my queries promptly.
All in all a wonderful and stress free holiday, I’m already saving for my next adventure.
