Sherpa Expeditions [Walker's Britain] organised my recent self-guided Coast to Coast trek All the arrangements went seamlessly, and the route notes and maps provided were extremely comprehensive and tailored to my itinerary. All my pre-departure questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I absolutely recommend Walker's Britain and I will be using them again in the future. Thank you so much!

We booked a self-guided hiking trip to La Gomera with Sherpa [Walker's Britain]. Service provided was excellent, easy booking, very friendly. Trip itself exceeded our expectations, good itinerary. Hiking notes were clear (We didn't get lost once 😀). Would definitely book with Walker's Britain again, far easier than sorting it all out ourselves.

My husband and I complete the Great Glenn Way in May of this year. What a treat it was! You could choose to do a lower path around the lochs or a higher path in the hills. We chose the latter and were rewarded by magnificent sights. As usual, Walker's Britain organised everything beautifully. It was our 5th walk with Walker's Britain, so they must be doing something right! We are about to do a 6th!! We really recommend the Great Glenn Way.

This was one of my best walking holidays and my first with Walkers' Britain. The walk was so varied - a lovely mix of farmland, woodland, wildflowers, remote moorland and ridges, river valleys, historic castles and isolated villages and small towns, with the iconic Offa's Dyke to be followed on some days. Wonderful and different walking on every day! Accommodation was mostly excellent; comfortable, with a friendly welcome throughout and great breakfasts. Lots of good places to eat each evening. Walkers' Britain's organisation and support was superb. I can't recommend them highly enough. Their maps, detailed route notes and local information helped to make the whole trip both more interesting and stress-free. Thank you so much for an amazing holiday!

We loved walking the Dales Way with Walkers’ Britain. Wonderful riverside walks, views and villages to enjoy. Accommodation was a great mix of hotels, B&B and inns.The spacing of 14-16 miles worked perfectly as did the transportation of our luggage. We would thoroughly recommend the Dales Way for a week of walking .

I am giving this holiday top marks because it was better than expected, The only minor downfall was the evening meals which could be a bit odd but everything else made up for this.

The scenery, Friendliness, Cleanliness and efficiency.

I would recommend Walkers Britain as they was so helpful and accommodating considering the holiday was cancelled twice due to Covid.

Beautiful country to visit.

The communication and lodging were both excellent. Lodging owners all loved working with Trina, as did I. She found us lodging wherever the walk took us whereas many others on the trail had to take taxis at the end of the day. I’m convinced Trina works magic because of her relationships with owners. Highly recommended!

The experience I had with Walkers' met my expectations of a well planned trip with great extras. The extras were the responsiveness of the staff and their patience. Over the last 18 months or so there were many challenges and opportunities. The folks were creative and showed a lot of flexibility in helping me create a good experience. It was quite a journey. I had my first experience with a pod and other great lodging opportunities. Looking forward to next year.

In 2019 I trawled the Internet to find a firm that offered the service I needed in respect of support whilst walking the Coast-to-Coast route. I chose Sherpa Expeditions (now Walkers Britain) as they seemed the most reasonable in terms of cost. I'm glad I did, as the service they provided was second to none. I originally booked to do the walk in May 2020; however, because of the pandemic I had to cancel. My original booking was for 2 people, and then another 3 decided to come along so the booking was changed for 5 of us. Unfortunately 3 people had to drop out, so my booking was changed again. The staff at Sherpa couldn't be more helpful amending my booking and refunding the monies paid. As for the walk itself, which I completed last month, everything went according to plan. Lovely clean B&Bs and had no problem at all with the luggage transfers. Gained a lot of knowledge from the information that was sent, especially the Trailblazer C2C book which was easy to follow and supported by maps. I will certainly consider booking with Walkers Britain again.
