All accommodation prior, during and after the trek. Included as standard is three star accommodation in towns and cities (can be upgraded on request). High quality, comfortable 'Tea House' accommodation while trekking. |

| Guided excursions |
Highly experienced, English-speaking, government-licensed, trained in first-aid Trek Leader, plus assistant trekking guides (4 trekkers to 1 assistant guide), plus porter service to carry your main luggage during the trek (2 trekkers to 1 porter). |

| Ground transfers |
All necessary ground transfers, airport & hotel collections, and other connections required by the itinerary. |

| Breakfast |
All breakfasts in hotels prior/after the treks. |

| All meals |
All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with tea/coffee plus seasonal fruits and snacks during the trek. |

| Internal flights |
All domestic flights as required by the itinerary. |

First Aid kit, Pulse Oximeter and essential medicines (Paracetamol, Diamox etc), Third Rock Adventures’ kit/duffel bag & trekking map. Down jacket and sleeping bag (to be returned after trek completion). |
