We, a group of four, rode ebikes from Oxford to Bath over 8 days late summer. The Carter Company did a fantastic job of arranging our trip - procuring the bikes of our choice, arranging accommodations in fun pubs and B&B’s, setting us up with accurate GPS navigation and taking care of our baggage as we rolled across the old England countryside. All we needed to carry each day was a small backpack. The route took us on bikeways, smooth trails, canal paths, and small country roads from village to village. Almost no cars. Unforgettable! And at the end of each day we enjoyed good company over a pint or two, of course. Exercise, good friends, beautiful sights. What more can you ask for?!

Recently cycled the Lochs and Glens Tour with the Carter Company and it was fab. The route was great, perfect distances – with so much stunning scenery. Having the route on GPS on the phone made it completely stress free. They were able to give us E-bikes too which was great! So many highlights but cycling over the Glen Ogle viaduct and seeing and osprey at Lake Menteith were up there. Everyone was so helpful and the organisation was flawless - gonna book again next year :)

We recently did "The Valley of the Cotswolds" self guided tour. It was fabulous. Rob, our liaison, was friendly and knowledgeable. The bikes were super, just the right balance to plow through a newly hayed field, or go on the roads. They were comfortable, too. The route was lovely and the instructions were fairly easy to follow. We particularly enjoyed the accommodations. They all had character, yet were comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed doing the trip on our own, but knowing we had back up for any problems (which we fortunately didn't encounter) We would certainly consider doing another trip with the Carter Company and would recommend them.
