All accommodations before, during and after the trek. Included as standard is 3* hotels in Kathmandu and high quality lodges/mountain teahouses during the trek. Custom upgrades to superior or luxury hotels are available. |

All treks are accompanied by a Nepal government-certified, English speaking, trekking guide, plus porters (one porter for every two trekkers). |

| Ground transfers |
All ground transfers, connections and internal flights as required by the itinerary. |

Full board meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) with tea/coffee during the time of trekking. |
