Hell's Gate National Park

Hell’s Gate National Park is an outlier in the Kenyan safari circuit. No Big Five, no luxury lodges, no endless convoys of jeeps jostling for position. Instead, a stark, cinematic landscape of cliffs and gorges, where visitors move on foot or by bike rather than in the protective shell of a vehicle. It is one of the few places in Africa where you can cycle past grazing zebra and giraffes, feeling the heat radiate off the earth, unfiltered by a car window.
